Walking is certainly an easy form of exercise. Most people can do it - at least for a little while. Dave Paul hosts the Walking Is Fitness podcast and last week I had the pleasure of chatting with him.

We talked about a lot of things related to walking. He had some good ideas for making the most of the time you spend on foot.

There is rarely an excuse not to take at least a short walk each day. So get out there!
