Values & Dreams - Which Do You Follow?

To properly set goals, you need to know where you want to go. You also need to know why you're where you are right now...how did you end up where you are now?

If your values and dreams don't align, what you value most usually ends up winning in the struggle of life, at the cost of your dreams.

Many people are scared to start their journey without knowing the plan...the route...that the journey is going to take. But you can't know the plan until you take the first step on the journey. The path will become clear as you move along it - like the headlights of a vehicle brightening the road in front as the vehicle moves forward in the dark. You simply have to trust that the road doesn't disappear outside the range of the headlights...and when you keep moving, the route appears in front of you. It's not always the exact route you expected, because situations change frequently. But you have to take that first step if you want to move forward.
