Is Early Retirement Right For You?

Published on: 1st November, 2020

Paul Moore is the managing partner of Wellings Capital, a real estate investment firm that helps high earners and people with high net worth protect and grow their wealth through passive real estate investing.

Paul obtained an engineering degree and an MBA from Ohio State. After a few years of work for the Ford Motor Company, he co-founded a staffing firm and was a finalist for the Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year award two years in a row. He sold his firm and began investing in real estate. He’s a busy fellow, currently co-hosting two podcasts, The Art of Investing and How to Lose Money, as well as doing live video and providing blog content on a weekly basis to Fox Business and BiggerPockets, and he’s the author of at least two books on investing.

Paul talks about the importance of having a "WHY" in your life - a driving force that keeps you going - regardless of what you're doing. He discovered early in his retirement that you can't just "do nothing"...there has to be a reason to get up every day.

His driving force is the war on human trafficking. You can hear about this at timestamp 12:05, and find out more about the project at https://exoduscry.com/
